David is a member of the firm’s appellate and litigation practices. He graduated from UCLA and earned his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Political Science with a focus on International Relations. He then attended Pepperdine University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, graduating in the top 5% of his class. In law school, David was elected as an editor and board member of the Pepperdine Law Review. He also was a member of the Moot Court team, participating in national and international appellate and arbitration competitions. In addition, David served on the leadership boards of various student organizations.
Before joining Enterprise Counsel Group, David gained a varied range of experiences. He served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Neil W. Bason of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California where he drafted tentative rulings on motions for Chapters 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies. David then served as an extern for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Investment Management in Washington, D.C. where he researched and worked on issues under the Administrative Procedure Act, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, and the Investment Company Act of 1940. He also worked as a summer associate for Enterprise Counsel Group in the firm’s appellate and litigation practices.
